Welcome to the Lilibets FAQ section. We've compiled our most frequently asked questions in one place so you can find the information you need quickly. Each category is organized separately — covering everything from account setup to responsible gaming.

👤 Account & Registration

To register, you'll need an active mobile number or email address, a strong password, and your real name and date of birth. The whole process takes just 3 minutes. No documents need to be uploaded during registration — however, identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at Lilibets. Accounts cannot be opened by minors, and if a user is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and their balance refunded.

No, each person is only allowed one account. Opening multiple accounts violates our terms and may result in all accounts being closed. To prevent bonus abuse, we verify IP addresses, devices, and payment details.

KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. You'll need to upload a scan of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

To close your account, email support@lilibets.app with your registered mobile number or email address and the reason for closing. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your request.
🔐 Login & Security

Entering the wrong password multiple times will temporarily lock your account for security reasons. Please wait 15–30 minutes and try again, or contact us at support@lilibets.app. Our support team will resolve the issue promptly.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and enable 2FA under the "Security" section. Once you add your mobile number, you'll receive an OTP each time you log in. This keeps your account significantly more secure.

Yes, you can be logged in on your mobile, tablet, and computer at the same time. For your security, always log out after using a public device, and if you receive a login notification from an unfamiliar device, change your password right away.
💳 Payments & Withdrawals

Lilibets supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers. For full details on all payment options, visit our Payment Page View.

The minimum deposit is ৳500. The maximum varies by payment method — typically up to ৳25,000 per transaction via Mobile Pay or Nagad. For higher amounts, please contact support.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours. If your KYC verification isn't complete, your first withdrawal may take a little longer. Bank transfers can take 1–2 business days.

Deposits are usually credited instantly. If more than 30 minutes have passed and your balance hasn't updated, email support@lilibets.app with your transaction ID and our team will look into it promptly.

A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw it. For example, if your bonus is ৳1,000 BDT with a 10x wagering requirement, you'll need to place ৳10,000 BDT in bets before withdrawing.

Free spins are generally valid on specific slots games — the eligible games are listed in the bonus details. Free spins also have an expiry date, so be sure to use them before they run out.

On the payment page during your deposit, you'll see a "Promo Code" box. Enter your code there and complete the deposit. The bonus will be credited to your account automatically.

Yes, Lilibets offers in-play and live betting. Odds update in real time while the match is in progress, and you can place bets across a range of markets. Live scores and stats are also available on the same page.

Lilibets uses decimal odds, which are the easiest to understand. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you bet ৳100, you'll receive ৳250 if you win (including your original stake). You can also change your preferred odds format in your account settings.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the affected bet is refunded. However, if the match had already progressed past a certain number of overs or a set time threshold, different rules may apply. For full details, see our Terms & Conditions page.

The minimum bet in most sports markets starts from ৳10 BDT. However, this may vary for certain special markets. Maximum bet limits also differ by market and event — major tournaments typically allow higher limits.
🛡️ Responsible Gaming

Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings to set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately once set. You can lower your limit at any time, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.

Self-exclusion means voluntarily suspending or permanently closing your own account. You can choose a period ranging from 1 week to 5 years. During this time, you won't be able to log in and will not receive any promotional emails.
